Most transformation programmes fail in the same place. The gap between strategy and execution. Closing that gap is what I do. Through MK Advisory, I work with boards and leadership teams on strategy, technology and transformation that actually gets implemented.
I have spent over 20 years at the intersection of strategy, technology and operations across Europe, including 18 years at Infosys BPM. As part of its European Senior Management Team, I held a functional, cross-centre mandate: digital delivery excellence, productivity and automation savings, digital revenue growth and strategic transformation. More recently I led business development and strategic partnerships at Onwelo.
My advice is shaped by what I have actually delivered. Automation and optimisation savings worth 3,000+ full-time roles. Lean and Six Sigma cultures embedded across multi-country organisations. Over $50M of digital revenue delivered. I have owned the P&L as an operator and advised the boards that govern it. That hands-on perspective is what I bring into the boardroom.
What I care about is turning ambition into roadmaps that get implemented, technology spend into measurable outcomes, and capable managers into the next generation of technology leaders. I am as comfortable challenging a board's assumptions as rolling up my sleeves with a delivery team. I work in English and Polish, based in Łódź, with clients across Europe.
